Subaru Forrester platform system

-Measures approximately 73“ x 39“ x 8“ tall

-Made from three-quarter inch finished plywood with metal piano hardware for the hinges as well as soft close drawer slides and cabinet hardware.

-Three drawer cabinet measures approximately 30” x 20” x 18” (some wiggle room in the measurements just to make sure it’s comfortable and you can come dry fit the system and we can tweak if necessary)

-cnc art on one or two sides
-drawer sizes tbd

-top mini shelf with netting for storage

-outlet receptacle that connects from inside drawer to the car port 

-Heavy duty pull out drawer slides for shoe storage and a tray for meal prep at the bottom  (these are $160 but hold 500lbs.  I envision putting a lid on the shoe drawer that could double as a tray/work space)

-Rear gear bag storage in front of the drawer with a cubby like wall or netting for the large climbing bag

Thank you again Pei for your patience and working with me! It seems like the years just get busier and busier as we get older and I’m running out of time for everything.  I typically will build as much of the standard structure to plans and simple measurements, like the overall dimension of the platform, drawer components, etc.   since we’ll have a few custom components, I’ll build those separately it’s the intent to tweak small things like the inner coves of the drawer wall that connects with the cars curves.  I definitely want to make sure its comfortable and functional since you’ll be using it a lot.  But I also want to give it some class and beauty where I can.  

I anticipate finishing the platform quickly after the drawer slides arrive and you could potentially test it out, come back, tweak if needed then install the final components. Just an option as I know you have plans coming up! Because of the nature of these builds being so custom I price the overall cost with a retainer for additional work beyond the initial build in mind. I’m here to make it work!
